Dundee Tribe Cheerleading or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
Dundee Tribe Cheerleading reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
If your child is no longer attending Dundee Tribe you must send notify the coaches by emailing tribecheer@hotmail.com this must be at least one week before the 1st of the following month to allow time for your subscription to be cancelled. No refunds will be issued if you fail to notify the team.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
Coaches are only contactable during the hours of 9am-9pm
If an athlete no longer wishes to train with Dundee Tribe Cheerleaders they must give a minimum of 2 weeks notice to Jennifer or Laura for the next months payment to be cancelled
I authorised all medical and surgical treatment, x-ray, laboratory, aesthetic and other medical and/or hospital produces as may be performed or prescribed by attending physician and/or paramedics for my child and waive my right to inform consent of treatment. This waiver applies only In event that neither parent/guardian can be reached in case of emergency.
I hereby give permission to Dundee Tribe Cheerleaders to take photographs and video footage. These photographs and videos may be reproduced and used for promoting and publicising on Dundee Tribe Cheerleaders you tube channel. I am aware that for Internet safety and data protection reasons, my full name, age and interests can be mentioned.
I agree that I will not receive any money or other reward for my participation in these photos or video.
I hereby give Dundee Tribe Cheerleaders permission to use any still and/or moving images being video footage, photography and/or frames and/or audio footage depicting my/our child named above for any of the following uses:
Advertisement, marketing, leaflets, social media or any other use such as training, educational or publicity purpose.
The above content will apply for all competitions and any other activities your child undertakes whilst a member of Dundee Tribe Cheerleaders.
